Shipping return

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship all items by UPS and FedEx International Express to countries all over the world. Additionally, UPS/FedEx does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays.

How much does the shipping cost?

If you order more than 40 wedding invitations, shipping is free. We provide free shipping to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland ,New Zealand. Other countries, please contact our customer service before you place the order.

Can I ship to a P.O. BOX?

Sorry, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes. We need you to provide us your physical address so that you can receive your order safely.

Do I need to sign my order?

FedEx/UPS Express Air orders require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

How can I track my order after it is shipped out?

After we ship the order out, we will email you the tracking information. Then you can track your order and know its estimated arrival date.

Can I ship order overseas, how long will it take for me to receive it?

We can ship the orders all over the world. After you place an order, we will email you proofs within 36 hours. Then after you confirm the eproofs, you can receive your order within 6-7 business days.

In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:

(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time



Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. It usually takes about 1 - 3 days.

Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 2 - 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: The total period of time from you approve the proofs to you get wedding invitations. It takes about 5 - 6 days.

I need my cards as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?

We will try our best to accommodate your schedule. After reviewing details of your order, we will let you know whether it can be completed within your requested time frame.

Do you send samples?

Yes, we can send the samples to you. You can click “order sample“ button and then order samples from our website. Due to the high oversea shipping fee, the shipping of sample is not free.

What is your return policy?

We want customers to be satisfied with us. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

  • All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three business days of receipt of order.
  • You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
  • No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
  • On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless we are responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
