1. What does the price include?

If you order wedding invitations, we provide you free reply cards, free printed outer envelopes of the invitation and response card. If you order thank you cards, free reception cards and envelopes for thank you notes will be given to you. And if you order more than 40 wedding invitations, the shipping is free.

2. Can I swith free response cards to other cards?

If you don't need the free response cards, we can change them into other cards .or we can just remove them from your order. But the price won't be changed. For instance, you can change the response cards into thank you cards or reception card.

3. Can I order extra envelopes in case I need?

If you buy invitations, we will provide you more free outer envelopes just in case you need more. You can check the form below to know how many free outer envelopes you will get. If you need more than that, when you place the order, please order additional outer envelopes. For example, If you order 40 invitations, you will get 42 outer envelopes for them.

4. What method do you accept for payment?

You can pay by Paypal, Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, E Check(If you use E-Check, the process will take up to 4 business days due to clearance process.) and Western Union (If you want to use Western Union, you can contact us for further information).

5. What should I do if I want to make changes?

You can send us an email or give us a call to make changes. We will make changes free for you before you confirm the e-proofs. If you want to make other changes after you confirm the e-proofs, please contact us immediately. We will check the status of your order and let you know if the change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We will do our best to make your changes before your order is printed. However, due to our fast turn-around time, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our printing company. Thus, it is important that you make sure your order is correct before you confirm your e-proofs.

6. Can I customize the colour or size of an invitation you show?

We are sorry that the size of the invitations can not be changed. But you can change the colour of our wedding invitations. When you place an order, you can write your colour request about the design, background and wording in the special instructions and comment section. You can tell us the specific name of the colour or choose a colour from our colour chart. After you place the order, our designer will create your proofs according to your requests and email you proofs within 36 hours. If you want to make any changes, please email us back or call us.

7. Can I add some information on the response card?

Yes, we can change the wording on the response cards. You can add some information onto the response card or change the entire wording. The changes are free of charge. You just need to write in the special instruction and comment section on the order page when you place the order.

8. Do you do other cards besides wedding invitations?

If you want to order other cards, such as gift cards, menu cards, wedding program, bridal shower invitations, enclosure cards, place cards, etc, we can customize them for you.

9. How to choose the amount which is not available in the main quantity box?

For example, if you want to order 140 invitations instead of 110 and 160, please select 110 in the main quantity box of invitation, then select 30 in the "extra invitations" box to make the total amount of your order 140.

10. Can you print other foreign language besides the English?

Sure, no problem. We can print your invitations in any foreign languages, you just need to provide us a word document with all the information included when you place the order. You need to email us the word document, and our email address is : invitesforwedding@gmail.com. In this way, we can print that wording on your cards. And it is totally free of charge.

11. Can I cancel the order after it reaches you?

Yes, if you don't like our e-proofs or service before you confirm the e-proofs, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.
